Safety and Driver Assistance
Both models have standard safety features like a blind-spot information system with rear-cross traffic alert, lane keep assist, and pre-collision assist. The Bronco Sport also comes with standard adaptive cruise control and parking assistance. These features are optional in the Escape. The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration gave each crossover a five-star overall crash-test rating, which is the highest available score.
Interior Features
These crossovers come standard with keyless entry and push-button start. Dual-zone automatic climate control is standard in the Escape and optional in the Bronco Sport. Both SUVs are available with heated front seats and a sunroof.
Cabin Space
Each model has seating for five with a similar amount of passenger space. The Escape provides slightly less headroom but a bit more legroom in the second row. You’ll have 32.5 cubic feet of cargo space in the Bronco Sport and 37.5 cubic feet in the Escape.
