The entry-level F-350 is the XL trim. It comes with 17-inch silver-painted steel wheels, black bumpers, manually adjustable side mirrors, and halogen headlights. The XLT adds the option for 18-inch alloy wheels, a powered tailgate lock, and power-adjustable side mirrors. If you step up to the Lariat trim, you'll get upgraded alloy wheels, fog lights, and heated and power-adjustable exterior mirrors. For more luxury features, check out the King Ranch. First up, you'll find the 6.8-liter V-8 engine delivering 405 horsepower and 445 pound-feet of torque. A 7.3-liter V-8 430-horsepower engine producing 485 pound-feet of torque is available, and if you like a diesel engine, Ford offers on any trim the option of a turbocharged 6.7-liter V-8 Power Stroke diesel engine pumping out a massive 475 horsepower and 1,050 pound-feet of torque in standard configuration, or 500 hp and 1200 lb-ft of torque in High-Output configuration.

Whether you're looking for acceleration power or towing power, the F-350 has a configuration that just works. The turbo diesel with a gooseneck hitch can tow up to 38,000 pounds. With the V-8 gas engine and a regular hitch, the F-350 can tow up to 21,000 pounds.

The F-350 can fit up to six passengers, and everyone will have a comfortable seat. The entry-level XL has vinyl upholstery, with cloth added to the XLT and leather in the Lariat and above. The King Ranch trim adds a heated steering wheel and has heated and ventilated front seats, while the Platinum has multi-contour front seats and heated rear seats.

Every F-350 offers driver-assist safety features. Starting with the XLT trim, the Co-Pilot360 suite of advanced driver aids comes standard, with features such as forward collision warning, automatic braking, pedestrian detection, and lane-keep assist. A blind-spot monitor with rear cross-traffic alert also comes with this suite of safety systems, and it includes trailer coverage for safer driving while towing. Automatic high beam headlights are available, and you also get adaptive cruise control in the Platinum and Limited.

Even the base XL has the SYNC 4 infotainment system with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. This has an 8" screen and a 12" screen is available on higher trims. Wireless charging, a 100-volt power outlet, and extra USB ports are all available, depending on the trim.
