What can an EcoBoost^Ò engine do for you? Well, it depends on which one you choose. The Fusion’s 1.5L Ti-CVT I-4 EcoBoost^Ò engine with Auto Start-Stop Technology can put 181 horsepower and 185 lb-ft of torque under your foot, while the 2.0L version of that engine can boost those numbers as high as 245 horsepower (with premium fuel) and 275 lb-ft of torque. Even the standard 2.5L i-VCT engine manages to produce both 175 horsepower and 175 lb-ft.

Speaking of Auto Start-Stop Technology, this is one of the reasons the Fusion can be so fuel efficient.

Ford Fusion: Design

Finally, the Ford Fusion is undoubtedly one good-looking car. If you outfit it with the SE Appearance Package, you–and anyone who happens to have the good luck of looking up as you drive by – will enjoy 18-inch Ebony Black-painted aluminum wheels, halogen fog lamps with bright chrome trim and black bezels, and a rear spoiler. This package even influences the cabin, adding a leather-wrapped steering wheel among other highlights.
